Services
In-Office Therapy
We offer in-office therapy for those who prefer a more “traditional” approach. Our main office is located at 10 Bluff Avenue in Clinton, right by the Westbrook line off of Route One and conveniently located just minutes from I-95.
We also have an office located at 75 Granite Street in New London.

Walk-and-Talk therapy (Seasonal)
If you’re more of a kinetic thinker, or just someone who likes to move their body, Kate offers walk-and-talk services. Instead of sitting in an office or talking online, Kate will meet for sessions on the Greenway Trail Hammonnassett State Park. Due to limiting elements such as temperature and weather conditions, Kate will only offer these sessions when seasonally appropriate. If we are limited due to weather or some other circumstance, Kate can accommodate with in-office or online sessions as needed.
Online Therapy
If you are located in Connecticut, we may be the right therapists for you. No need to add additional time for travel to an office for effective therapy! A perfect solution for those with busy schedules, online therapy (also known as telethereapy, telehealth, or telemedicine) allows you to schedule sessions with us at a time that works for you - without the commute to an office.
We offer face-to-face sessions over secure video for an intimate yet comfortable setting that you can access from home, the office, or anywhere in between! We have specialized training in the use of telehealth and use technology that is in compliance with HIPAA.
Recent studies indicate that teletherapy is equally as effective as meeting with a therapist in person. Please see our resource page for more information.
