Julia Driscoll, LPC-A
Insurance I Accept: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Connecticare, Harvard Pilgrim, Husky, Optum, Oxford, United Healthcare

Julia is an LPC-A dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and connection. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and the mind-body connection.
Julia believes true healing involves both the mind and the body. In our work together, we’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are interconnected, and how tuning into your body’s signals can enhance emotional regulation and overall well-being.
She likes to help clients identify and restructure negative thought patterns, reduce emotional reactivity, and develop practical coping tools. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, chronic stress, or relationship challenges, I offer a supportive, collaborative space where healing and growth can happen.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—both to yourself and the people in your life.
*Julia provides services in Clinton and via Telehealth*
*Julia is a provisionally licensed therapist and is supervised by Molly Haynes, LCSW*
