Molly Haynes is a Doctor of Social Work experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Molly utilizes a multi-theoretical framework to best service the unique needs of her clients, ranging from anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, to trauma and connection-based challenges. Her work is rooted in humanistic theory, psychodynamic treatment, and person-in-environment frameworks. Molly is also well-versed in DBT and CBT techniques and utilizes the Risking Connections framework in her treatment. Having worked for an intensive home-based program (IICAPS), Molly is well-versed in risk assessment and supporting individuals and families in reaching stabilization. Molly's research in graduate school also focused on suicide risk prevention in teenagers.
